Standard Ground Shipping

There is currently only one shipping option, which is ground shipping for the energy products which are bulky items and have a higher weight than nutritional products. Balance Point does not currently ship outside of United States.


If you are not satisfied with merchandise, you can request to return or exchange the item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date in its original condition.

We cannot offer you a refund or exchange if your request exceeds this 30-day policy. Unopened items returned within 30 days are eligible for a refund. There is no refund for the cost of shipping and handling. For any item received open, there will be 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund.

To return a product, fill out our contact form with the order number. Our team will review your request and process your RMA.

Only returns with a RMA shipping label will be accepted and eligible for refund/exchange. Do NOT ship without the proper RMA shipping label. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and/or original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We are not able to proceed with any refunds or replacements until your return products have been received and assessed by our team.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
